Distinguished organizational leaders may benefit from ABA’s one-on-one leadership mentoring services by earning three leadership badges (Sense-Making Badge, Ambition Badge, and Perseverance Badge) based on ABA’s Leadership Marathon Model.

ABA’s Leadership Marathon Model facilitates tailored mentoring sessions of 360-degree feedback and feedforward with leadership exercises and personal reflections. Qualified leaders may receive mentoring support in terms of key leadership domains as partly illustrated in ABA’s Leadership Marathon Model (ABA.LMM)… The full model is unlocked to Mentees only.

This Sense-making Badge is the introductory level of ABA’s team-based Mentoring & Leadership Program. It emphasizes a leader’s self-awareness competencies.

Goal: Earn and Wear the Badge of Sense-making when you want/need to (a) widen your horizons and (b) improve your systems thinking capabilities.

Value: The cLO, Sense-making Badge program is meant to support organizational leaders who are dealing with constraints, need a Personal & Professional Development Plan, and who are looking for making sense..

Eligibility: The cLO program requires participants to know sufficient English and collaborate in teams of three members.

This Ambition Badge is the intermediate level of ABA’s team-based Mentoring & Leadership Program. It emphasizes a leader’s visionary orientation and competencies.

Goal: Earn a Badge of Ambition when you want/need to (a) uplift your strategic acumen and (b) deepen your reflection capabilities.

Value: The cLO, Sense-making Badge program is meant to support organizational leaders who typically are facing complexity, are dealing with fluidity, are overwhelmed, and may be looking for ambition.

Eligibility: The cLO program requires participants to know sufficient English and collaborate in teams of three members.

The Perseverance Badge is the highest rank of ABA’s team-based Mentoring & Leadership Program. This Badge is part of ABA’s special leadership transformation support offered to a limited number of organizational leaders with great potential. It highlights a leader’s combat profile: “evolution” competencies for surviving and thriving in a VUCA world.

Goal: Earn and Wear the Badge of Perseverance when you want/need to span your boundaries, engage your Stakeholders, and tame your Systems.

Value: The cLO, Perseverance Badge program is meant to support organizational leaders who typically are distinguished leaders, are challenged through a VUCA world and toxic culture, and who want to discern Self, Stakeholders, and Systems while looking for Perseverance.

Eligibility: The cLO, Perseverance Badge program requires participants to have a very good command of the English Language, pre-earn the Ambition Badge, and collaborate in teams of three members.
